Shipping and Return
Policy
SAHM Items usually ship
within 2-7 business days.
Products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation,
FedEx Ground, or UPS unless otherwise stated. Small items maybe
shipped 1st class.
We do ship internationally and welcome international orders. Please
inquire for shipping costs to your country.
Shipping costs apply to USA (continental/48 states) orders only.
We only charge actual shipping costs to AK/HI, Military Addresses
(APO), and international orders.
Fix or Replace
Guarantee
As SAHM each
diaper is custom made for you and we want you to be happy with the
quality of your purchase. We always inspect each diaper/item prior
to shipping.
In the unlikely event that there is a defect in the workmanship
or quality of your purchase please contact us for return merchandise
authorization (RMA) within 21 days of receipt of your order. Our
Lifetime Guarantee applies to orders over 21 days.
There is a 20% restocking fee for
all accepted returns (unless the return is an error of SAHM) and
you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the remaining funds. No exceptions
will be made. Returned items must be in new, unused, unwashed, unopened
(if shipped in packaging) condition. A Return Authorization is needed
for ALL returns.
Please check your merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any errors
or obvious defects need to be reported within 1 day or receipt.

We know you will love SAHM
Diapers and use them over and over. In addition to our regular guarantee
SAHM Cloth Diapers now offers a LIFETIME guarantee on all Velcro
and Snap Closures!!!
You simply pay for return shipping. We will replace any Velcro that
has lost its stickiness or snaps that just aren't snapping anymore
for the LIFE of the Diaper!
No other
cloth diapering company guarantees the closures for LIFE!
